We bought a house Daniel was building in the fall of 2012. We greatly appreciated Daniel’s dedication to making his clients happy. When we first saw the house, which was about 80{2b09f235fb49c027d31a951c6dc27e9000f3c8cbdb9a9155b27a893f7545d61b} complete when we went under contract, we could see that it had been built with care. All of the work completed to finish the house was likewise excellent. We’re very happy with our new house and we plan to enjoy it for many years to come.

We bought a house with this company earlier on the in beginning stages. While the blueprint was created, but we were able to pick out all of the finishes. Not only was Daniel flexible, very easy to work with, but offered his professional opinion and gave us his time when we needed advice doing the daunting task of choosing the finishes. To this day if anything arrises that we need help with, he’s there to help!

Daniel built a custom home which I really liked for it’s mix of contemporary finishing touches together with traditional architecture. The home is very well constructed, the floor plan is practical and in addition to being an eye-catching home on the outside it has all the bells and whistles you can thing of on the inside. I would definitely have Daniel build a custom home for us again in the future. He is prompt and professional and very easy to work with.

We purchased a new home from Danko Group Corporation during the economic downturn in 2010. Daniel was one of the few builders building on spec at the time. The design of the house was simply stunning, and the attention to detail on both the interior and exterior was unrivaled in the marketplace.
